Cristina De Freitas Bueno is a partner at Cescon Barrieu focusing in the areas of Corporate Law and Governance, Merger and Acquisitions and Private Equity. With more than 20 years of experience in M&A, Cristina represents domestic and foreign clients, including publicly-held companies in local and cross-border Merger and Acquisitions transactions, sales of assets, joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy, inter alia. Before joining Cescon Barrieu, Cristina acted as an investment banker for 15 years, having worked at Goldman Sachs (in Brazil, London and New York), Standard Bank and UBS.
