Andrea Barbosa Campos is a partner with expertise in Corporate Law and Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity. ​With more than 25 years of experience, Andrea represents domestic and foreign clients, including public companies, in local and cross-border M&A transactions, asset sales, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, involving various sectors of the economy such as large banks and industries. Prior to joining Cescon Barrieu, Andrea worked in prestigious international law firms headquarted in New York and she has extensive experience in coordinating multijurisdictional deals.
