Marina Carvalho Faro is a partner focusing on Corporate Law and Governance, Merger and Acquisitions and Private Equity. ​Represents domestic and international clients, including public companies, in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions involving several different industries.
