Maria Cristina Cescon is a partner in the areas of Corporate Law and Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados. ​She represents foreign and domestic clients in local and cross-border Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, sale of assets and joint ventures and other corporate transactions involving various segments of the economy. She holds a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC).
