Marcelo Moura is a partner in Banking and Finance, Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions practice areas. He has experience advising financial institutions, corporations and investment funds on initial public offerings and follow-ons (IPOs and Follow-ons), private and public issuances of debentures, securitization, notes and hybrids/convertibles. He also represents local and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, and other investment transactions involving various industries. As of 2022, he started representing sport associations and investors in connection with transactions involving soccer corporations.
