Manoela Darcy De Oliveira Miranda is a partner in the in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity, Corporate Law and Governance, Banking and Finance and Capital Markets. She has extensive experience in advising foreign and national clients in local and cross border merger and acquisitions, assets sale, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, inbound and outbound investments, and other transactions involving a variety of economy sectors. She provides legal assistance to public and private companies in relation to corporate and governance matters. She also has relevant experience in in structured financing transactions, securitizations, equity and debt securities offerings. She is qualified to practice law in Brazil and New York and has extensive experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictional deals for U.S. lawyers and clients. Manoela is qualified to practice law in Brazil and in New York and has vast experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictional transactions for foreign law firms and clients. She was an international associate at a major New York law firm between the years of 2014 and 2015. She holds a degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-SP) and Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) from Columbia University School of Law.
