Luca Fabbrini Bio

Luca joined the Firm in 2013, as a Partner. Previously, he worked in leading national and international law firms. He has specialised in banking and finance law since the late 1970s. Subsequently, he focused his practice on structured finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on acquisition finance and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Following the entry into force of the reform of the legislation on listed companies, as envisaged by the Draghi Decree, Luca Fabbrini followed several public offerings and developed specific expertise in this field. Luca has been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by the international legal guide Legal 500 in Private Equity and in Commercial, Corporate and M&A, while Leaders League recognised him within the Small & mid-cap and Private Equity categories.
