Laura Elena Cinquini Bio

Laura is a partner at the firm's Milan office, specialising in M&A and private equity. She has gained significant experience in corporate and commercial law, dealing with M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity investments and corporate governance issues. Laura provides ongoing legal advice to leading Italian and foreign private equity funds and industrial clients on all aspects of corporate law. She sits on the boards of directors and supervisory bodies of leading companies active, among others, in the utilities and gaming sectors.
