Giorgio Iacobone Bio

Giorgio joined the Firm as a Partner in 1999. Previously, he worked at a firm affiliated with an international network of tax and law firms. He specialises in national and international tax advisory, providing strategic assistance to leading banks, industrial, commercial, and financial corporations. He has significant experience in corporate restructurings, tax litigation, and M&A, and advises both national and international private equity funds. Additionally, he acts as a consultant to HNWIs. Giorgio serves on Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors across the industrial and financial sectors. Legal 500 recognises him as Key Lawyer in Tax, while Legalcommunity lists him as Recommended Lawyer in Financial Taxation.
