Francesco Rizzo Bio

Francesco joined the firm as a partner in 2023, having previously practised at leading national and international law firms. Francesco specialises in corporate law, corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, M&A and private equity. He acts as corporate counsel in negotiation and contractual matters for a national and international clientele consisting of credit institutions, trade associations, large and medium-sized companies, public and private, investment funds and public entities. In addition, he assists a wide range of transactions including (i) capital expansion, (ii) buy-outs, (iii) investments on distressed assets in corporate restructuring and/or composition with creditors proceedings, and (iv) corporate reorganization and restructuring under the para-concessional tools provided by the corporate crisis regulations. He holds the positions of independent director, auditor, chairman and member of supervisory bodies of major joint stock companies. The international legal guide Legal 500 recognises him as a Key Lawyer in Commercial, Corporate and M&A and Private Equity.
