Daniele Landi Bio

Daniele joined the Firm in 2025 as a Partner, after nearly twenty years at a Big Four. He advises Italian and foreign companies in the areas of corporate and commercial law. He has extensive expertise in scouting strategic opportunities, end-to-end management of M&A transactions for corporate clients, in business reorganizations and support to corporate governance bodies. He specializes in drafting and negotiating of sale and purchase agreements of companies’ shares or business branches, joint venture agreements, by-laws and shareholders’ agreements, as well as coordinating and conducting legal due diligence exercises (sell- and buy-side) instrumental to complex deals’ completion. His clients operate in strategic sectors such as transportation and logistics, oil & gas, betting & gaming, luxury, aerospace & defense.
