Antonella joined CBA in 2011. Previously she worked in a US multinational company and in a major Italian law and tax firm. She focuses on the energy sector, with particular expertise in renewable energy and energy efficiency. With a strong background in contract law, M&A, and regulatory matters, she has developed specific experience advising foreign companies and investment funds. Antonella primarily advises on acquisitions and development projects in the renewable energy sector. She has led major transactions in the photovoltaic and broader energy, water, and waste sectors, assisting infrastructure operators, solar real estate funds, project developers, contractors, etc.
