Bio

Mr. Davis is a business lawyer with many years of experience with business transactions large and small, up to mid-nine figures. He has often acted for software and technology companies with a special emphasis on licensing, franchising, distribution and sales agreements. Early in his career he was the senior in-house tax lawyer at Timex Corporation, so he is personally familiar with complex cross-border transactions from an in-house perspective. He counsels early-stage companies.
