Paul Mcguickin Bio

Paul Mcguickin joined the firm in January 2018 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate team and became partner in May 2021. He graduated with a degree in Law and Accounting (LLB honours) from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2004 before continuing his professional studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has spent the intervening years practicing as a corporate and commercial lawyer most recently at an international law firm. Paul has extensive experience in the corporate legal sector, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (both at local and national level), corporate restructuring strategies, shareholder and corporate governance issues.
