Neasa Quigley Bio

Neasa Quigley joined Carson McDowell as a Partner in 2010 and became Senior Partner in 2019. Neasa’s corporate practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital fund raisings, joint-ventures and corporate finance. She has over 24 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer, throughout her career in Dublin and Belfast, working across a number of sectors but specialising in the energy and technology sectors. Neasa is recognised as a "Leading Individual" and in the "Hall of Fame" by The Legal 500, in which she is noted as a key name for energy and private equity work. She is also ranked Band 1 in Chambers UK and maintains an excellent reputation for her market-leading transactional capabilities. Neasa is a committee member of the CBI Regional Council in Northern Ireland, Renewable NI and the Engineering Policy Group Northern Ireland - Institute of Engineering and Technology.
