Bio

Salvatore Grimaldi is a partner in CARNELUTTI Law Firm, and a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department. He specializes in national and international contracts, corporate and commercial law, M&A and private equity transactions. Before joining the firm, he worked for some of the most renowned international and Italian law firms. He is currently a lecturer at the LUISS University of Rome, and formerly lectured at the University of Rome La Sapienza. He graduated with honours in 1995 from the University of Rome, and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1998. In 2003 he was awarded his LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from the Queen Mary and Westfield College in London. He is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.
