Bio

Filippo Grillo is a partner of CARNELUTTI Law Firm. He is a member of the firm’s corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on Italian and cross-border M&A transactions and on private equity and structured finance transactions. Filippo has broad experience in the areas of national and international corporate acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and investments, including in all real estate aspects of mergers and acquisitions, leasing and real estate finance. Filippo also specializes in the capital markets sector, advising clients on listing and reverse takeover procedures. Filippo assists national and international operators, mutual funds and real estate companies and has gained significant experience in general commercial transactions, having provided day-to-day assistance to major companies in the industrial, real estate and management training areas. In 2016 he was seconded to the firm’s New York Office and gained experience working in international M&A transactions. Filippo graduated in law in 2009 from Università Commerciale “L. Bocconi” of Milan and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2012. He is fluent in English, in addition to his native Italian.
