Bio

Alessandro Asti is a member of the firm’s Corporate and M&A department, where his practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity work, general commercial transactions and corporate governance. He advises clients in all phases of deals. He has extensive experience in the areas of domestic and international corporate acquisitions and disposals. Alessandro assists national and international players and thanks to his cross-border track record he is at ease at working on matters involving foreign jurisdictions. He graduated in Law at the University of Milan. In 2012 he obtained the Law and Business LLM from the Business School of “Il Sole 24 Ore” in Milan. He has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2013. In 2016 he was seconded to the firm’s New York Office. He is fluent in English in addition to his native Italian.
