Including joint ventures and association with local partners, contracts negotiations, shareholder agreements, regulatory approvals, financing, corporate reorganizations, M&A disputes, and disinvestment processes. He has participated in financial complex restructuring processes, investigations and processes with governmental authorities, and has been a board member of listed and privately held companies.
