Trevor Mccabe Bio

Trevor Mccabe is a partner in the corporate group in Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. Trevor is experienced in general corporate and corporate finance work, including international equity offerings, IPOs, joint ventures, private equity work and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Trevor was formerly with Allen & Overy in Dubai, where he obtained extensive experience in advising on a full spectrum of international transactions for financial institutions, companies, sovereign wealth and private equity funds. Prior to joining Allen & Overy, Trevor worked with the corporate team in Matheson in their Dublin office. Trevor graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and an LLM in Law from the University of Edinburgh. Trevor was admitted as a solicitor to the Law Society of Ireland and as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2015, and as an attorney in the Cayman Islands in 2020.
