Peter German Bio

Peter German practice is corporate and banking, including local and international banking with a particular focus on real estate finance, restructuring and REITs. Peter specialises in providing partner-led, practical commercial legal advice within the context of the multi-jurisdictional transactions in which Jersey vehicles tend to operate; and in adapting Jersey law solutions to the commercial imperatives of the overall transaction. Peter advises financial institutions, trustees, borrowers and other entities on all aspects of Jersey corporate, security and banking law. He advises on REIT structuring and listing and also advises local and international banking institutions on banking regulation matters.
