Jenna Willis Bio

Jenna Willis is a partner in the corporate and finance group of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. She advises on a broad range of banking and finance transactions as well as general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Jenna also has expertise advising on financial restructurings including Cayman Islands schemes of arrangement. She has advised on numerous complex cross-border restructurings, insolvencies, refinancings, distressed M&A, security enforcement and high yield bond restructurings. Jenna is a member of 100 Women in Finance, INSOL International, IWIRC, RISA (Cayman Islands) and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
