Jarrod Farley Bio

Jarrod Farley is a founding partner of Carey Olsen's Cayman Islands office. He advises on all corporate and commercial aspects of Cayman Islands law and regulation, with a particular emphasis on investment funds. Jarrod has considerable experience of advising sponsors on the establishment of Cayman Islands investment funds and of advising investment funds and other vehicles on transactional, financing and regulatory compliance matters.
