David Crosland undertakes a wide range of corporate transactions with a particular experience in the launch of investment funds. He is regularly instructed by fund managers, UK and international law firms and other financial services firms on the launch, administration, restructuring and listing of both closed and open-ended investment funds. As well as private funds, David has advised funds that are listed on the LSE, AIM, Euronext and TISE.
