Clinton Hempel Bio

Clinton Hempel is head of Carey Olsen’s British Virgin Islands Corporate Practice. He has almost 25 years of legal experience in the BVI. Clinton advises on a wide range of BVI corporate, finance and investment funds matters, including fund formation and financing, general corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements as well as group reorganisations, restructurings and solvent liquidations. Clinton also advises on all aspects of BVI financial services regulation and compliance.
