Claire Le Quesne advises clients in respect of corporate, Jersey funds and banking matters.Her principal practice area is corporate real estate and Jersey funds (both listed and non-listed). Claire has acted on numerous fund structurings and re-structurings, co-investments and portfolio acquisitions and refinancings. She acts mainly borrower/sponsor side on real estate finance transactions as well as for buyer and seller on M&A matters.
