Valentina Dragoni is involved in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate finance transactions carried out by private equity funds and other corporate clients in Italy and abroad, and provides general assistance on corporate and commercial matters. After graduating in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan in 1998, she obtained a comparative law degree from the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé – Strasburg. She attended a study exchange program with the Université Rene Descartes (Paris V) in 1998. She is admitted to practice law in Italy.
