Stefania provides assistance to Italian and foreign entrepreneurs, corporate groups, managers and funds mainly on corporate, commercial and M&A matters, with focus on acquisitions, mergers, shares disposal, assets disposal, going concerns contributions and disposals, also in the frame of distressed situations and turnaround, as well as leveraged buyout transactions, add-on and divestments. She also deals with corporate governance matters and corporate reorganizations and assists clients in the ordinary corporate matters and regularly advises on commercial agreements. Stefania advised on M&A transactions in the insurance, leisure, retail and industrial field. She also deals with corporate-equity profiles in the securitization transactions.
