Stefania has significant experience in national and multi-jurisdictional M&A, joint ventures and other corporate finance and restructuring transactions and general commercial transactions, as well as the ordinary assistance on corporate and commercial matters. She has also gained a significant experience in the real estate sector and in insolvency law, company crisis and turnaround, handling important restructuring transactions, assisting both lending banks and companies. In the frame of the above procedures, Stefania assisted also foreign funds which invested in distressed Italian companies.
