Stefania Lo Curto focuses on corporate and commercial law. In particular, Stefania has experience of national and multi-jurisdictional M&A, joint ventures and other corporate finance and restructuring transactions and general commercial transactions, as well as the ordinary assistance on corporate and commercial matters. Stefania Lo Curto has also gained a significant experience in litigation and in insolvency law, company crisis and turnaround, as well as relevant litigation, handling important restructuring transactions. She assisted Commissioners and Trustees in bankruptcy procedures concerning the disinvestment of assets in competitive procedures and in litigation judgements. She worked in Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners from 2011 to 2020 and, before joining this firm, she also worked in a leading Italian law firm. She graduated in Law “maxima cum laude” from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 1997. She has been admitted to practice law in Italy and is a member of the Italian Bar.
