Recognized among the top Corporate and M&A lawyers, Roberto Cappelli provides legal advice to private and public companies, domestic and international financial institutions as well as private equity funds in relation to general corporate and commercial matters, including the incorporation and management of companies and joint ventures. He is regularly involved in merger operations, splits and acquisitions, including the transfer of company shares or equity capital. Roberto became a Partner in Graziadei Law Firm in 1989 and in 1993 he co-founded one of the major Italian independent law firms. He joined Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners in 2011 and he worked there till September 2020. He graduated in 1982 from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome. He is member of the Italian Bar.
