Bio

Philip is a Partner in our Corporate team. He acts on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on private equity. He advises investors and private equity houses on their investments and portfolio management, as well as supporting management teams. He has advised a variety of clients, from entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses through to large listed companies, on a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, both in the UK and internationally. Philip has also been on secondment at AnaCap Financial Partners, a private equity fund, and CDC Group plc, the UK’s development finance institution.
