Laura Spendiff Bio

Laura is a Partner in the Corporate & Private Equity team at Capital. Laura specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, sales of companies and restructuring projects. Her expertise extends to venture capital, growth capital and corporate investments, from seed round to large, private equity-backed MBOs. Laura regularly advises sponsors, investors and management teams in connection with all stages of the investment cycle, together with portfolio management issues. Laura is recognised as a rising star and next generation partner in the legal directories, and was previously shortlisted as Insider’s Young Dealmaker of the Year; she was also named ‘one of the thirty lawyers and accountants to watch’ in WalesOnline.
