Angelina Drljaca-Chandler Bio

Angelina is a Partner in our Corporate & Private Equity team. She has wide transactional experience advising public and private companies, often in cross border transactions. She worked as a senior associate with a major London based international firm before joining Capital in 2017. Angelina leads our M&A practice. She advises on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, private equity and fundraising transactions and corporate reorganisations, as well as general corporate issues such as shareholders’ agreements, capital reductions and schemes of arrangements. Angelina has experience across most industry sectors, but particularly in technology, education, insurance, transport and health care. In Chambers & Partners 2024 Angelina was described as “not only a good lawyer but also a trusted advisor”.
