Yannick Verrycke is a corporate-technology partner who works extensively on venture capital, M&A and corporate partnering transactions both across the EMEA region and transatlantic. He is a lawyer with deep knowledge and expertise in the technology industry, particularly in the healthtech and medtech sector, where he advises clients of all sizes on growth capital investments, strategic commercial transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, and management equity arrangements. He also provides counsel to fund managers on the formation and operations of private investment funds, and represents Belgian and international venture capital funds in their investment transactions.
