Wim Van Berendoncks is a corporate partner and assists a wide range of both domestic and foreign clients. Wim counsels high-growth technology companies throughout their entire lifecycle including start-up, equity and debt financing, executive hiring, management equity incentive implementation, and acquisition and sale of company interests. He also has a thorough experience in the set-up and structuring of venture equity funds, internal fund structures and operations, fund management and fund compliance. Wim advises institutional investors with respect to their investments and divestments across the emerging technology sector. Wim is a recognized individual in Legal500 and IFLR1000 for Finance and Corporate. Prior to joining Cambrian as founding partner, Wim was a partner at Skeel and a senior associate at Cresco. Wim obtained his master of law at UA.
