Bio

Reinart Vos is a partner who assists growth equity firms and technology companies. Reinart’s practice covers a range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, PE/VC transactions, and counselling on buy and build strategies. He is particularly focused on incentive matters, such as the design, drafting and administration of equity-based compensation (stock options and other equity arrangements) and advising on equity incentives in buy-outs and (re-)investment structures. Reinart is author of several legal publications. He obtained his master of law at UA, obtained a postgraduate degree in tax law at ULB and participated in both the summer law school program corporate law and private equity program at Oxford University.
