Naomi Glibert Bio

Naomi Glibert is our dispute resolution partner, with a practice focused on corporate, commercial and civil litigation. Naomi expertly guides companies, shareholders/investors, directors and entrepreneurs through complex corporate disputes, as a strategic ally with particular experience in shareholders disputes, post-acquisition claims and directors' liability. Moreover, she offers comprehensive support in insolvency and bankruptcy matters. Naomi also provides counsel on the conclusion and termination of a wide variety of commercial contracts, including distribution contracts and leasing. She advises companies throughout commercial disputes, specializing in debt recovery, enforcement and seizure procedures. An author of several legal publications, Naomi serves as a teaching assistant at the Institute for Commercial Law at her alma mater KU Leuven. She also obtained postgraduate degrees in corporate law (KU Leuven) and insolvency law (KU Leuven & University of Antwerp). Before joining Cambrain, Naomi gained valuable experience at leading law firms in Brussels and Louvain.
