Eamonn is a Partner in the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Corporate Group and specialises in advising both Irish and International clients on Corporate Transactions with an emphasis on Corporate M&A deals (cross border and domestic), Private Equity and Venture Capital investments. Eamonn has extensive experience in excess of 20 years in these practice areas. Eamonn also advises on corporate finance, joint ventures and shareholder structural matters.
