Jonathan Allen Bio

Jonathan is a member of Butler Snow’s Business Services practice group and advises clients on a variety of real estate and corporate matters. His real estate practice consists of representing real estate professionals in the development, financing, acquisition and leasing of commercial property. In his corporate practice, Jonathan represents clients in various business transactions, including M&A, restructuring and advising clients on general corporate governance matters.
