Bryan Natale is a partner in the firm's Corporate group. Bryan represents clients in transactional matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, venture capital financings, distressed acquisitions, debt and equity financings, licensing and outsourcing, and securities and corporate governance. Bryan works extensively with private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, financial institutions, closely-held and venture-backed emerging growth companies, privately-held middle-market companies, and private equity-backed portfolio companies across many industry sectors, including health care, technology and software, industrial and manufacturing, media and marketing, retail and consumer products, and financial services. On behalf of his clients, Bryan drafts and negotiates primary and ancillary transaction documents, investment-related documents, commercial agreements, and corporate governance documents.
