Grant is a highly experienced partner who returned to the firm in 2003 from Herbert Smith. Grant’s practice is focused on sophisticated corporate finance transactions and private equity. Capitalising on his City experience he regularly acts on cross border transactions. He is also head of the firm's highly regarded media practice.
