Alasdair Freeman is a corporate partner with expertise in domestic and international M&A transactions with a particular focus on oil and gas and IT sectors. He has extensive experience in advising on turnaround, restructuring and corporate insolvency issues, including acting for insolvency practitioners and providing insolvency advice to lenders, directors and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Insolvency Law. Alasdair is a ranked individual in Chambers for Corporate / M&A work and recommended in Legal 500 both for corporate and commercial work and for insolvency and corporate recovery.
