Will Guthrie Bio

Will Guthrie is a Partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. He is a member of the Firm's Corporate practice group. He represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Will worked as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters. Prior to his work in private practice, Will served as Assistant General Counsel at Kearney, an international consulting firm with offices in more than 40 countries.
