Richard Spink Bio

Richard Spink is a senior Corporate and M&A partner. He specialises in corporate advice, private equity, domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions. Richard's work focuses on complex corporate transactions and re-organisations with particular emphasis on the private equity sector. He has significant experience advising institutions, management and investee companies on buy-outs, buy-ins, development capital transactions and re-financings as well as exit events, on a domestic and cross border basis. He is a long standing member of the firm's International Committee.
