Nick Graves Bio

Nick Graves heads the firm's corporate team. He specialises in complex corporate transactions. His experience includes advising clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets fundraisings and corporate governance projects. He advises a wide range of public and private companies and private individuals on company law and corporate governance issues. Nick has also worked alongside a number of UK government entities on a range of complex business transformation projects. He also provides general corporate and regulatory advice, including advice on the Listing Rules, the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Prospectus Rules and the Takeover Code. Nick advises clients active in a range of sectors including infrastructure, manufacturing, nuclear and renewables.
