Jonathan Eves Bio

Jonathan Eves joined the firm as a trainee in 2004 and qualified in 2006. He is a partner in the firm's corporate finance team specialising in the Energy and Healthcare sectors. Jonathan works with public and private companies and advises on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, funding rounds, joint development arrangements and general aspects of company law. As a member of the firm's energy and utilities team, Jonathan has acted for a range of developers, investors and funders across a range of technologies including solar, wind, biomass, hydro, anaerobic digestion, battery storage and energy from waste projects.
