Dominic Davis joined Burges Salmon from Macfarlanes in 2005 and became a Partner in the Corporate Finance team in 2011. He has significant experience of advising on complex UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures and regularly advises quoted companies and their financial advisers on a range of equity capital market transactions. He represents family businesses and family offices and regularly advises entrepreneurs and founder shareholders securing successful exits from their businesses, as well as advising overseas clients investing in the UK.
