Camilla Usher-Clark advises on M&A, joint ventures, equity fundraisings and general corporate matters, as well as specialising in co-operatives, community benefit societies and alternative structures. She leads our corporate energy practice, and is a core member of the firm’s Energy & Utilities and Infrastructure sector teams. She advises developers, utilities, investors and funders on the full suite of clean energy technologies, as well as on broader net zero and sustainability projects. During 2023, our transactional energy lawyers completed 57 clean energy M&A deals, with an aggregate deal value of £518 million, cementing the team's position (in independent global league tables) as one of the most active clean energy M&A practices over the last eleven years.
