Mark Odlin Bio

Mark Odlin specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises on a range of financial, commercial and corporate law matters, including finance, company law and negotiating and preparing commercial agreements. He acts for a number of council controlled trading organisations and has particular expertise in giving commercial and corporate advice in a local government context. Mark regularly advises a number of domestic and offshore investment vehicles on public offerings, private placements, leverage facilities and structuring issues.
