Ewa Boryczko Bio

Partner at BSJP | bnt law firm since 2019. She has a several years’ experience in legal advice for the entrepreneurs from the French language area. She is also experienced in comprehensive legal service of large entrepreneurs, in particular industrial plants and commercial networks. She is an expert in corporate law. She advises on issues related to the establishment of companies and their mergers, divisions and transformations, also within the range of restructuring of capital groups and holdings. She has a vast experience in M&A processes, in particular in the field of the protection of the buyer’s interests in transactions of acquisition of control in capital companies, which constitutes the subject of her doctoral thesis. She advises on restructuring and bankruptcy. She represents clients in cross-border bankruptcy proceedings. She also provides comprehensive advice on matters related to legal aspects of employment, e.g. organization processes of establishments and restructuring of working groups. She is the author of many publications on commercial law. She defended her Ph.D. thesis on control take-overs in capital companies in 2006 at the Law and Administration Faculty at the University of Warsaw. In 1997-2006 she was a university teacher in the Chair of Commercial Law of the Department of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. She was also granted a diploma from DESS L’Ecole du Droit Français et Européen de la filiale de l’Université de Poitiers, where, for many years, she was a lecturer on the subject of legal structures and M&A. She completed two seminars on comparative law at the Association du Droit Comparé at the University in Strasburg. Her working languages are Polish, French and English.
